Shipping and Delivery:
All orders will be designated as pick up through the website, even if you need the item shipped. If you are personally picking up your item, schedule a time with Schvvank's to pick up (pleaser refer to the Purchasing and Holds and Pick Up sections for further detail). If shipping is needed, see below.
SHIPPING TO NYC : Free shipping available to the NYC area on all items priced $1000 and above. Items priced below $1000 and to be shipped to the NYC area will require a flat fee of $150 with additional fees added for each flight of stairs if required. Shipping fee to be paid at time of delivery.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF NYC : Schvvank’s can help coordinate and recommend third party delivery companies who are affordable and insured. Please note: Delivery companies are not affiliated with Schvvank’s. Any delivery issues should be taken up with the delivery company directly. Pay for delivery at time of delivery to the company directly.
Purchasing and Holds:
If additional time is needed for pick-up beyond 7 days of purchase please reach out via email immediately after purchase. An additional storage fee will apply for any item held longer than 7 days after purchase date. If there has been no prior coordination with Schvvank's for a hold longer than 7 days, and the item hasn't been picked up within 7 days, there will be a fee added in order to release the item. Items not picked up after 30 days are considered abandoned property and will be donated.
Returns:
Schvvank’s does not offer returns. All sales are final and all merchandise is sold as is. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for more details on any item. Schvvank’s can provide more photos, videos, or more detailed measurements upon request. Some vintage pieces show signs of wear that are consistent with age. The condition of each individual item may vary accordingly and are sold as is. If you’ve made a purchase in error, please reach out to our email within 24 hours.
Pick Up:
Sold items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. If additional time is needed, all requests must be coordinated with Schvvank’s in advance. Arrangements can be made to store items for a longer period of time for an additional storage fee (see Purchasing and Holds above). A blanket is suggested for pick ups on furniture or large fragile items.
Rentals:
Most of our furniture is available for rent for photo shoots. The rental fee is 25% of retail cost for 3 days. There are additional charges for longer rentals. Renters will be charged for the full retail amount of rented items before pickup, and refunded 75% when they are returned in same condition. We do not provide delivery or blankets for rentals. We do not wrap furniture for rentals.
